Public Programs

Just imagine living your day to day life in a body that is calm and with a mind that is clear, still and focused. For many, the thought of living without excessive stress and worry seems beyond the realm of possibility. Our modern world, with all of its demands and challenges, has taken our bodies and minds hostage. Work pressures, economic worries, family and children, relationships, illness, aging––are a few of the circumstances that can hijack our sense of wellbeing. And yet, our bodies––especially our brains and nervous system––can be harnessed and reprogrammed to provide us with an internal world that can better respond to the outer world with calm and clarity.
Calm & Clear is a public program designed for those who are struggling with excessive physical stress, bodily pain, chronic anxiety or other emotional distress, and would like to learn ways to cultivate genuine behavioral and emotional balance, health and happiness.
Calm & Clear introduces participants to simple mindfulness meditation practices, breath exercises, visualization techniques, and effective ways to unblock physical, emotional and mental energy. Full and half-day programs are available.
